With over 15 years as a licensed real-estate transaction practitioner, Kinoshita is considered a super-veteran, qualified to carry out all matters related to real-estate from sales to rental to brokering. Born near a harbour in Hyogo, Kinoshita now lives in the Setagaya as a direct result of his hard work and success in the business. He now manages the Tokyo Aoyama branch of Hikari Home right here in Omotesando. Kinoshita's skills as a negotiator is unparalleled and is his greatest strength.

Seiya Kato
Consultant

Seiya, a true Tokyo-ite, was born and raised in the centre of Tokyo. Armed with a strong passion for art, Seiya knows the Tokyo arts & culture scene like the back of his hand. It was also this passion that brought him to London to undertake an MA course in Arts Administration and Curatorship at Goldsmiths College, University of London. From his experience in London, he possesses the upper hand in understanding the difficulties of life of those coming to Japan from abroad with not much money to spend. Therefore he tries his best to reduce the burden of such clients.

Kazuyuki Harada
Consultant

Kaz was born and brought up in Fukuoka up until 22, and lived in Tokyo more than 15 years. Therefore, he is quite familiar with the details of many locations.
Kaz also lived in US, Mexico, and Morocco for a while, and travelled lots of countries on business. He understands how you feel, when you move into another country, and will find best housing just for you.
